Xtreme office work   by erik on Dec 06, 2007

Last night we had the electrical hooked up for our new ten kilowatt solar panel installation. How much power is ten kilowatts? To my dismay, not enough to send Marty McFly back to the future. It will, however, reduce 15 tons of carbon emissions annually.

We had to cut the power to Planet Bike HQ to set up the electrical, so there was no heat in the office from 5pm-2am and it was negative 5 degrees outside. Luckily I had a cozy Patagonia down coat and Planet Bike light so I could still work in my frozen cubicle. Or should I say "ice cube?"
