bob
In November of 1996, Bob founded Planet Bike after a successful 8 year
career at Trek Bicycle as Accessories Product Manager. He is an avid
cyclist who has ridden up to 15,000 miles a year, most of which were
commuting miles. He races competitively on road bikes, mountain bikes
and cyclocross. Bob also enjoys touring and leisurely rides on his
1960s vintage Schwinn single-speed. All of this cycling experience
helps Bob develop some of the best, most user-friendly bicycle products
you can buy today. Bob's passion for combining bicycles and the
principles of corporate social responsibility can best be summed up by
one of his favorite quotes by Gandhi: "Be the change you want to see in
the world."
