Planet Bike Feels the Love on Dec 13, 2006
The Isthmus newspaper is Madison's premier news and arts weekly. To celebrate the capitol city's 150th
anniversary, Isthmus staffers compiled a list of "150 Things We Love" about our
fare city. As the Isthmus put it, "it's an
enumeration of enthusiasm."
Within the mix of the city's favorite haunts, civic festivals, and celebrated citizens was a nod to Madison's east-side bicycle accessory manufacturer Planet Bike. While the acknowledgment from our favorite home town newspaper came as a surprise, it certainly felt good to be recognized as one of the forces helping to make Madison a unique and vibrant community.
