We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Planet Bike products. We use only the best materials and subcomponents. Everything we make is factory and rider tested for quality. We stand behind our products and our customer service is the best in the business.

We accept returns of unused items purchased from planetbike.com that have the original, undamaged packaging within 90 days of purchase. The customer must pay shipping costs to return items to Planet Bike and we do not refund original shipping costs. Items with damaged or missing packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Quality

Because we’re committed to keeping our products on the road and out of the landfill, we make them rebuildable. With normal wear and tear, pieces and parts can need periodic replacement which is why we sell lots of replacement parts on our website. Refurbish your Planet Bike product with the small parts available here. We offer free shipping on all replacement parts to help encourage you to rebuild rather than replace.

Warranty

We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner of Planet Bike products*. Warranty does not cover damage due to accident, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Any modification to Planet Bike products will void all warranty. Proof of purchase is required and return of the product is required for inspection. Note that we will not cover shipping charges to return an item to us.  Contact your Planet Bike dealer or email info@planetbike.com.

*Lights with rechargeable batteries have a warranty of 2 years from date of purchase. We consider the life of our products to be 5-10 years depending on usage

Planet Bike is committed to the continual improvement of the welfare of workers and the environment throughout our supply chain. We expect that our suppliers uphold the Planet Bike Code of Conduct so that workers thrive in safe and healthy workplaces and environmental impacts are minimized as we produce useful and high-quality bicycle accessories.

Your credit card information is secure and is protected via multi-level encryption software. Our ordering system uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) to ensure absolute information security. E-mail is never used in transferring your credit card info. Exchanging credit card information over the internet is far safer than by phone because electronic transfers are encrypted and phone conversations are not.
